I have just installed the replacement woofer foam surrounds. New photo shows one of the units after install. Both are same. Grill clothes are good excepting one thumb print sized stain. The do not have the ADVENT trademark plaques on them. They sound great, but they are 4 ohm and require a 4 ohm impedance tolerant output amplifier.
